For Day 1 airport pickup, please provide your arrival flight number and estimated time at least 24 hours in advance. Our driver will be holding a signboard with your name at the arrival hall. For Day 5 Halong Bay Cruise, free pickup is available for hotels located inside the Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District)
