We will support your journey in 5 steps to eliminate all your anxiety once you arrive in Japan.
Step 1 : Booking & Pre-arrival
First, please include your flight number and the name of your hotel when you book.
I will send you the details of the meeting place (in front of the information counter) and a photo to mark my arrival.
On the day of your arrival, we will be waiting for you in the arrival lobby while checking the status of your flight in real time.
Step 2: Meet & Greet at Narita Airport
Once you have passed customs and left the arrival lobby, please go to the designated place.
We welcome you with a smile, holding a board with your name on it!
We can also handle the details of your immediate needs, such as connecting to free Wi-Fi at the airport.
Step 3: Essential Setup for Japan
Before you begin your journey in earnest, we will gather together all the essential items for your trip to Japan at the airport.

IC Card (Suica/PASMO) : Students will learn how to purchase and recharge IC cards and use ticket vending machines, which are essential for transportation in Japan.
