Meeting and pickup

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

I provide pickup service from the New Chinggis Khaan International Airport (UBN). Please provide your flight details when booking.
Punctuality: I will arrive at your location 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. I always track flight schedules, so if your flight is delayed, don't worry—the pick up time will be adjusted accordingly
At the airport, I will be holding a sign with your name. For hotel pickups, I will wait in the main lobby and can message you via WhatsApp or the TripAdvisor app upon arrival.
My car has a spacious trunk. It comfortably fits 3 large suitcases plus carry-ons. If you have oversized items (like skis or extra-large bags), please let me know in advance.
I keep the vehicle clean and climate-controlled (AC/Heating) for your comfort.

Drop-off point

We offer flexible drop-off options within Ulaanbaatar city. We can drop you off at any hotel, apartment, or business address in the city center. Additionally, we provide drop-off at the New Chinggis Khaan International Airport (UBN) for your departing flight. Please let us know your preferred drop-off location or flight schedule at the time of booking or during the trip.

What to expect

Once you book, please provide your flight number and hotel name. I will track your flight in real-time to ensure I am there exactly when you land, regardless of any delays.

After clearing customs and collecting your bags, look for me at the arrival hall exit. I will be holding a sign with your name. I will also message you via WhatsApp or the app as soon as you land.

We will walk to my car parked nearby. I will help you with your luggage and ensure you are comfortably seated before we start our 60-90 minute drive to Ulaanbaatar.

I will deliver you directly to your hotel lobby or Airbnb entrance. I will help you unload your luggage and make sure you are at the correct location before we part ways.
