What to expect

- We will meet at the shared location

- There you will receive your wetsuit and surfboard

- We then head to the beach to warm-up

- I'll give you first instructions about safety, ocean knowledge and technique

- We then practice the pop-up

- After that the fun in the ocean starts

- I'll give you clear instructions, we focus on the pop-up

- You don't have to paddle in the first session (unless you want to), I will push you on the board

- I'll make sure you feel safe and don't get into dangerous situations with other surfers

- After we're done, we'll head back to the shop to change and get a warm shower
