Pickup time will be confirmed with the traveler before the service. Travelers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time.
Drop-off is available at the traveler’s selected destination within Costa Rica, according to the confirmed route.
What to expect
Before the service, JAPI Travels will confirm the pickup details, estimated travel time, and any important instructions with the traveler.
On the day of the transfer, the driver will meet the travelers at the agreed pickup location, such as a hotel, vacation rental, private residence, airport, or meeting point within the selected pickup area.
Travelers will be transported in a private, air-conditioned vehicle directly to their destination. During the trip, reasonable stops may be made when needed, such as restroom breaks, convenience stores, supermarkets, viewpoints, restaurants, or photo stops, as long as they are along the confirmed route.
The service ends when travelers are safely dropped off at the agreed destination. Travel time may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and the selected route. This is a private transportation service, not a guided tour.
