- During peak travel seasons, security screenings at Tiananmen Square are very tough. You may face waits of over an hour on busy days. To avoid lengthy exposure under hot sun and prevent heat discomfort, we can skip the square upon your request. Long queues here will cut into your precious touring time inside the Forbidden City, our main highlight of the trip. We will adjust your route accordingly based on your preferences.
- Tiananmen Square is a public landmark that serves both as a popular sightseeing spot and an important political venue. Please note that access to the square may be restricted temporarily due to official events or unexpected circumstances. Since entry to Tiananmen Square costs nothing, no partial refunds will be offered if we are unable to visit it during your tour.
