• Pickup Locations: We pick up our guests from all hotels, apartments, and residences in the specified Alanya regions.
• Important Note for Hotel Guests: Due to hotel security regulations, our tour vehicles are not permitted to enter the hotel premises. Please wait for your vehicle at the main entrance gate (security gate / guard house) outside the hotel, rather than in the lobby.
• Timing & Traffic: Please be ready at your pickup location 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to daily traffic and hotel density, there may be slight delays of 10 to 15 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.
