- We warmly welcome guests with diverse mobility needs. What to know: Our main thermal lagoons, wellness areas, and restaurant spaces are accessible. However, please note that the adventure trails, mountain tours, and tubing river canyons feature natural, uneven jungle terrain and stairs that are not fully accessible for standard wheelchairs.
- Children under 10 are welcome to the park's general areas. Safety Restriction: For safety and insurance regulations, children under 10 are strictly restricted from high-impact adventure activities, including the river tubing safari and mountain tours. They are welcome to enjoy the family thermal pools, playground, and cultural interactive tours under strict parental supervision.
