What to expect

From the moment you arrive, our chef will welcome you with a glass of selected Italian wine and introduce you to the group. You’ll begin by discovering fresh ingredients used in traditional Italian and Roman cuisine, before preparing your pasta dough completely from scratch using traditional techniques.

Once the pasta dough is ready and resting, you’ll move on to preparing a classic Italian dessert, such as tiramisu or fresh lemon sorbet, which will then be placed to chill while you continue the class.

Under the guidance of our chef, you’ll use professional pasta machines to roll, shape, and cut your handmade pasta, before cooking iconic Roman recipes such as Carbonara, Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, or Gricia.

To finish, you’ll complete and plate your dessert, present your dishes like in a real restaurant, and then sit down together to enjoy everything you have created, paired with selected Italian wines.
People under 18 years old won’t taste our wine selection.
