Meeting and pickup
Pick-up information: the driver will wait in the arrivals area with a sign in the name of the reservation holder. We monitor flight status to accommodate any delays. If the pick-up is from a hotel or accommodation, the driver will be in the lobby at the agreed time. We recommend providing the flight number and WhatsApp number for better coordination.
What to expect
The traveller makes the reservation indicating the details of their trip: date, arrival or departure time, airport, hotel or final destination and number of passengers. The team confirms availability and coordinates all transfer details.
2. Confirmation and monitoring:
Once the reservation is confirmed, we send the necessary information to ensure an organized experience. We maintain contact with the traveler for any updates related to your flight or transfer.
3. Passenger pick-up:
The assigned driver waits for the traveler at the agreed point, either airport, hotel or indicated location. The service is private and personalized, without sharing the vehicle with other passengers.
4. Transfer to destination:
The driver accompanies the traveler throughout the journey in a comfortable and safe vehicle, offering professional service and attention during the journey.
5. Arrival at destination:
Upon arrival at the final destination, we assist with baggage and confirm that the traveler has arrived correctly before the end of the service.
The goal is to provide a safe, punctual and comfortable transfer for visitors to enjoy a quiet arrival at their destination in Dominican Republic.
