Travelers will experience a unique adventure at the stunning Cerro Negro volcano, one of Nicaragua’s youngest and most active volcanoes. The experience begins with transportation from León to the nature reserve, where you will start a hike to the top of the volcano while enjoying incredible panoramic views of the volcanic chain. Once on top, travelers can explore the crater, take spectacular pictures and prepare for the most exciting part: descending the volcano by practicing Volcano Boarding on the black volcanic sand. Throughout the tour they will be accompanied by the professional and certified guide who will provide information, assistance and safety recommendations to ensure a fun, safe and unforgettable experience. The experience includes roundtrip transportation, full Volcano Boarding equipment, volcano entrance, bilingual guide and water.
