After breakfast, depart from Dila and travel deep into the legendary coffee forests of Guji Hambela, one of the world’s most celebrated specialty coffee regions. Visit the renowned Melkamu Hambela Coffee Farm, where you will gain exclusive insight into Ethiopia’s premium specialty coffee production. Experience the fascinating anaerobic coffee fermentation process and traditional natural coffee processing methods while learning directly from producers and experts.

Drive to Bensa, located in the heart of Ethiopia’s famous Sidama coffee region. Upon arrival, continue to Allo to visit the impressive Allo Coffee Bona and Main Station sites. Allo Coffee is internationally recognized for producing some of Ethiopia’s finest high-end specialty coffees and was a winner of the prestigious Cup of Excellence 2021 competition. During your guided visit, discover innovative coffee processing techniques including the Dark Room coffee process and Honey Pulping process.
