Meeting and pickup
Pick-up takes place directly at the Costa Maya Cruise Port (Mahahual). When you disembark, proceed to the exit of the port (taxi area), where staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name or the name of the tour.
We also offer pick up from hotels or accommodation within Mahahual, for convenience.
The departure time is coordinated according to the arrival of your cruise or according to your preference, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Transportation is comfortable, safe and air-conditioned, taking you directly to Bacalar without complications. At the end of the experience, we will transfer you back to the port or your hotel, as appropriate, always well in advance.
