Meeting and pickup
Cruise passengers will be picked up near the Costa Maya Cruise Port at the designated meeting area outside the terminal. After disembarking, follow the exit signs and proceed to the agreed meeting point. Our local team will be waiting for you and will confirm your reservation before escorting you to your private transportation. Pickup time will be coordinated according to your ship’s arrival time.

After the pontoon tour, relax at our partner beach club at Casa China. Depending on your cruise schedule and preferences, enjoy up to approximately one hour by the lagoon, with access to lounge areas, kayaks, and beautiful Bacalar views before returning to Costa Maya.

On the return to Costa Maya, enjoy a complimentary Tequila Discovery Experience featuring guided tastings of Tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, plus almond, peach and coffee liqueurs with traditional pairings.
