Each dish is prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, including the use of clay pot and handmade tortillas.

We only work with small groups of up to 12 people to offer a more personalized, closer and authentic experience.

We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options with prior notice.

The recipes are written in Spanish, English or French to help you understand the stages.

The atmosphere is intimate, warm and familiar, ideal for travelers seeking a genuine cultural experience outside of mass tourism.

You will live the full culinary experience: you will grind the corn into traditional stone and pat your own tortillas to cook in the comal in the moment.
