We are Livio and Noemi!
We are a young couple of professional chefs, and this is our project!
Terracotta Cooking Lab was born from our desire to share with the world the passion and love we both feel for this wonderful art form that is cooking.
From the beginning, our goal has been to recreate the feeling of home, our home, where we can joyfully welcome anyone looking for an intimate experience based on sharing.
Our idea is to work with small groups, allowing us to devote the same care and attention to all our guests, from adults to children, creating the atmosphere of an informal evening with friends.
A warm smile, a welcoming atmosphere and a great playlist will make you feel instantly at home!

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Walk along Via Ghibellina, when you cross Via de’Macci, you will find our school on the corner of the two streets (opposite the ancient Ghibellina oven). You will recognize our school by the two large windows. It is recommended to insert the letter R next to the house number on Google maps.
What to expect
During the lesson, we will create a full meal that includes an appetizer, a fresh pasta first course, a main course (meat or vegetarian), paired wines and a dessert. The menu varies depending on the season, the availability of local Point of Sale ingredients and the chef's inspiration.
The lesson lasts about 3 - 4 hours and includes the lesson, tastings and a final discussion of all the dishes prepared during the experience.
