Guided by Alessio Rozzi, a knowledgeable AIS sommelier and founder of Enoteca Adriatica, you'll explore the unique characteristics of three remarkable wines.

This intimate tasting allows you to savor each pour while learning about the intricate flavors and traditions behind them, making it a perfect outing for any wine enthusiast.

Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

The meeting point is in the center of Piazza Oberdan (there is a statue) in the pin position. Than we'll walk for a couple of minutes for the venue of the tasting.

End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.

What to expect

Guided tasting of three wines representative of Central Europe.

You will journey from the Slovenian Karst (just a few kilometres from Trieste) through the inland of Slovenia, all the way to Austria.

The tasting of the 3 wines will take place at a venue a short walk from Piazza Oberdan.

Every participant will receive a 10% discount voucher to spend in my online wine shop.
