Immerse yourself in the world of Tuscan artisan pasta with an exclusive experience at Antico Pastificio Morelli, founded in 1860 and now in its sixth generation.
You will visit the pasta factory in production, closely observing the main phases of pasta processing, from the selection of raw materials to drying. You will also discover what makes Pasta Morelli unique: the reinsertion of wheat germ into the semolina, which gives intense aroma and flavor.
The itinerary continues in the Pasta Museum, among historical machinery, period instruments and contents dedicated to the history of pasta and the art of milling.
At the end, you can visit the workshop of the pasta factory, with over 60 pasta shapes and exclusive Morelli products.
