The day before the tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp / Viator message between 6pm and 9pm to confirm your exact pickup time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes early. The driver will be holding a sign with the name "Isla Mujeres Catamaran Tour". If your hotel is not on the list, please select Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen and let us know so we can coordinate. There may be a small delay due to traffic.
