What to expect

Step into Chengdu Global Center and experience the Hongdingyan Imperial Hot Pot Cultural Banquet, available as a lunch or dinner show. Spanning 3,000 square meters, the venue recreates the grandeur of an ancient Ba-Shu palace with a 12-meter-high domed ceiling, immersive stage projections, and a 360-degree rotating performance area.

Enjoy authentic Sichuan hot pot while watching a spectacular seven-act performance lasting approximately 90 minutes. Inspired by the history and culture of ancient Ba-Shu, the show combines classical Chinese dance, historical storytelling, Sichuan opera, and modern stage technology. Each act features specially designed dishes, names, and presentations, bringing the culinary experience and theatrical story together.

The banquet offers a rich selection of dishes and drinks, including six welcome appetizers, a selection of hot pot ingredients inspired by land and sea, imperial chrysanthemum tea, fruit wine, a signature Taiji double-flavor hot pot, a Chinese-style seafood platter, snowflake beef, seasonal vegetables, and traditional snacks.
