This morning, we roll into the coastal gem of Coffin Bay National Park, where blinding white beaches, rugged cliffs, and ridiculously blue water are just the beginning. Explore the area, snap some photos, or just breathe in that salty air. If you're up for something unique, join an optional Oyster Farm Tour. Waders on, toes in the water, and oysters fresh off the lease. It's paddock-to-plate, Eyre Peninsula style. Start the day with purpose as we spend the morning supporting conservation efforts at Brinkwork Park. After a rewarding morning giving back to the land, we’ll head to Tumby Bay, where an iconic mural stretches across six silos and took over 400 hours and 430 litres of paint to complete.
Next, we swing into Cowell to admire another striking silo piece that honours the town's oyster farming heritage and deep Aboriginal roots.
