Meeting and pickup
We will meet at the Main entrance of the traditional Seikeien Garden. I will be waiting for you wearing a kimono.
What to expect
I provide a 90-minute in-person workshop for travelers to enjoy Japanese Tea Ceremony experience in the tea room in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture (just a 24-minute bullet train ride from Tokyo). It’s a perfect way to escape the crowds of Tokyo.
A traditional Japanese tea ceremony is a travel highlight, and a chance to step inside an authentic tea room is rare.
Through this intimate session in fluent English, you will learn:
• The Authentic Way: How to elegantly enjoy sweets and Usucha, and appreciate traditional utensils.
