Explore Rybnitsa, northern Transnistria’s main industrial city. Begin with panoramic views before seeing the railway station, the exterior ruins of the former sugar factory, and the Moldavian Steel Works from public roads. No entry into abandoned, industrial, or restricted areas is included. Continue to the city center to see the Moldova mosaic on the Palace of Culture, the main square and Lenin monument, the city foundation stone, the Catholic church, the Orthodox cathedral, the city park, and the Memorial of Glory. Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant at your own expense before beginning the return journey.
