  Take a walking tour of one of central Chongqing's best-known food streets and sample several local specialties.   LongMenHao ShangYeJie (SenLin LongMen HaoYue Nan)

  Longmenhao Old Street + Xiahaoli Travel by private vehicle to Longmenhao Old Street and Xiahaoli on Chongqing's south bank. This is now one of the city's most popular City Walk routes. The area preserves the everyday character of old Chongqing while adding many creative boutiques and cafés. Built along the hillside above the Yangtze River, the restored district blends traditional Chinese architecture with historic buildings influenced by Western styles. Stroll through atmospheric lanes, visit the famous “Golden Frame” photo spot, and photograph the modern Yuzhong Peninsula across the river.   End the tour beneath Chongqing's dazzling skyline. See the multi-level stilt-house architecture of Hongya Cave illuminated along the hillside, framed by skyscrapers, bridges, and the Jialing River. Depending on crowd levels and on-site controls, your guide will lead you to a suitable exterior viewpoint near the riverfront or Qiansimen Bridge. The best overall views are usually from outside the complex; entering the crowded commercial interior is optional.
