Learn the art of cocktail making in one of Lecce's most stunning settings — the exotic tropical garden of Querencia Exotic Bar. Led by expert bartenders, this hands-on masterclass lets you choose your path: classic mixology or Caribbean Tiki style. You'll discover the history behind the world's most iconic drinks, learn professional techniques used since the golden age of cocktail culture, and — most importantly — shake, stir, and build your very own cocktail from scratch. Small groups only (3 to 15 guests) for a truly personal and interactive experience.

What to expect

Arrive at Querencia Exotic Bar and settle into the exotic garden for your masterclass. Choose your track — classic mixology or Tiki Caribbean style — and let our expert bartenders guide you through the history of iconic global cocktails and the techniques behind them. In the first part of the session, you'll learn the theory and tasting notes behind your chosen style. In the hands-on phase, you'll practice historic construction techniques — including Caribbean methods — and craft your own cocktail from start to finish. Finish the session with a tasting of your own creation and those of your fellow guests. Available daily from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM — flexible scheduling to suit your group.
