Meeting and pickup
Arrivals: we provide transfer services for arrivals to Dubai International Airport: our representative will be meet you at arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Departures: w'll pick you up at the indicated private address or at the hotel reception and we will take you to the airport with a comfortable private transfer. Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
What to expect
For pickups at the airport, head to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it. Drivers will wait no longer than 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
For airport drop offs, your driver will meet you at the reception of your Dubai accommodation and promptly take you to the airport in a comfortable, safe vehicle. Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Your confirmation voucher will include the details of your transfer, meeting instructions, and a 24-hour helpline in Dubai in case you have any questions.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- We need your airline name and flight number, hotel name or the address of your accommodation. It is a one-way transfer: from airport to your accommodation OR from your accomodation to the airport: if you need a two-ways transfer (From airport to hotel and from hotel to airport) in this case you have to book these transfers separately.
