You are attending at the Lavash Cooking Process. In the bakery you will watch a demonstration by the master baker of how a perfect lavash is made, using techniques that have been passed down through generations.
The bakers will be revealed to you all of the lavash's cooking secrets.
Apart from your participation, when that heavenly freshly baked bread smell fills the air, and the lavash comes out of the tonir (the cooking in special lavash ovens: it's called toner) all warm and golden you also have a chance to taste newly taked and delicious lavash.
