We Explore the enchanting islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello on a private boat tour Tailormade to showcase the authentic charm of the Venetian lagoon.
isn't the classic taxi tour, an uncomfortable plastic boat that takes you from one island to another. Instead, we spend part of the day together on my beautiful wooden boat, made in Venice, where I was born and raised. We'll sail through hidden canals, listen to endless legends, and I'll tell you about our local traditions and even share a few interesting facts.
Experience renowned glassmaking at a prestigious Murano furnace, followed by a colorful stroll through Burano, famous for its vibrant houses and lace artistry. The journey concludes on Torcello, rich with history and tradition, where you can marvel at the ancient Basilica and the legendary Devil’s Bridge. The history of San Francesco del Deserto begins in 1220, when Saint Francis of Assisi landed there on his way back from the East and the Holy Land. Finding refuge there, the island became a place of contemplation. Six friars live there.
