Hike up to Nam Xay Viewpoint with your local guide. See: a sweeping panoramic view over the karst mountains, rice fields and the Nam Song River valley. Do: take your time on the trail, rest, and take photos at the summit. Learn: your guide shares stories about the area's landscape and local village life.

Cool off at Blue Lagoon 2, a turquoise natural pool surrounded by forest. See: crystal-clear water and limestone cliffs. Do: swim, relax, or try the rope swing and jumping spots (optional). Learn: your guide explains how the lagoon is fed by natural springs and why it is a favorite of locals.

Float through a cave on an inner tube with a headlamp. See: stalactites and rock formations inside the cave. Do: drift gently with your guide, with a life jacket and dry bag provided. Learn: how the caves formed in the limestone mountains of Vang Vieng.
