Tickets for Bergen Funicular

Did you know that the Bergen funicular is known as Fløibanen and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Norwegian fjord capital? You can't miss it!

By booking a ticket for the Bergen funicular, you will have a round-trip ticket that will take you from the center of Bergen to the top of Mount Fløyen. From its observation deck, located 320 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the fjord and the entire city center.

Fløibanen Base Station is located in Bergen's Old Town, just a short walk from the Fish Point of Sale. Once up, the journey to the top of Mount Fløyen takes five to eight minutes.

In addition to the view of Bergen Fjord, the Fløyen mountain also offers playgrounds, playgrounds and cafes in unique environments alongside small lakes and wooded areas. There are also marked hiking trails of various levels and lengths, from those shorter than just 1 kilometer to those almost 11 kilometers. There is something for everyone!

You can stay on Mount Fløyen for as long as you like. Just keep in mind the closing times of the funicular to arrange your return to the city centre.
