Pickup at Munich Airport (MUC):
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, directly at the passenger exit door, after baggage claim and customs. He will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name, so you can recognize him easily. We monitor all flights in real time, so your chauffeur will be there to meet you even if your flight is early or delayed. Before your transfer, you will receive the chauffeur's name and mobile number (WhatsApp).
Pickup from a hotel in Munich:
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the hotel reception area (lobby) at the booked pickup time. He will introduce himself at the reception and contact you by phone or WhatsApp if needed.
What to expect
We track your flight, so if it is delayed your driver simply waits for you, at no extra cost. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with your luggage and drives you directly to your hotel, apartment or the main station. The direct drive takes about 35 to 45 minutes.
Every vehicle includes free child seats, bottled water, WiFi and phone chargers. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and includes all fuel, parking and taxes. No surprises, no night surcharge.
