Yoga is not just postures or instructions — it is an exchange of energy. True yoga calms the nervous system and brings alignment of body, mind, and spirit. To transmit this, the instructor must first carry deep inner stillness.

As an Indian instructor, I inherited yoga from my ancestors. I hold each posture with profound respect and attention, guiding breath and alignment with the understanding of how they move and transform the energy system of the body. This ancient wisdom is what I bring to every session, and what I share with you.

What's Included

A wardrobe, bathroom, and bicycle parking are available on-site. After the session, feel free to enjoy a tea or coffee in our kitchen! ☕

Meet your guide at 22 Rue Eugène Manuel, 75116 Paris. The guide will wait outside the entrance. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. The meeting point is a 10-minute walk from Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower area. Contact us if needed.

What to expect

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session designed for all levels, including complete beginners. This experience will guide you through a gentle and mindful practice to help you feel refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed.

What you'll experience:
We begin with slow mobility movements to gently awaken the body and release tension from head to toe. You'll then move into warming sequences to increase circulation and prepare your muscles, followed by carefully guided yoga postures (asanas) focused on alignment, strength, and flexibility — all at a calm and comfortable pace.

As the session deepens, we shift into breathing exercises (pranayama), powerful techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring mental clarity.
We close with a guided meditation and full relaxation in Savasana — a peaceful final rest where you are invited to let go completely, allowing your body and mind to absorb all the benefits of the practice.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. No prior yoga experience needed — just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing!
