Welcome to Tanzania! As soon as you step off the plane, you will meet our Tansafari Tours representative waiting for you. He will welcome you and transfer you to your lodge, where you will have your meals and overnight and prepare for the next day.

Day 2
Discover Arusha National Park

Arusha National Park
After enjoying your delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will start your exciting adventure by heading out to Arusha national park. Arusha National Park is a beautiful Park with diversity of wildlife, you will also have a unique opportunity to see a variety of landscapes, from the lush rainforest of Mount Meru to the stunning views of Savannah. You will have optional nature walk with a well-trained and experienced guide. At midday you will have your picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park. In the afternoon you’ll head to momella lakes, a group of shallow alkaline lakes that are home to a variety of water birds including flamingos and herons. As the sun begins to set, you will make your way back to your hotel, with memories of an unforgettable day in the beautiful Arusha National Park.

Day 3
Tarangire National Park Safari Experience

Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. The journey takes approximately two and a half hours and passes through local towns and villages along the way. Upon arrival at the park, you will begin your game drive and have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including elephants, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, buffaloes, impalas, gazelles, lions, and numerous bird species. The Tarangire River attracts many animals, particularly during the dry season. The park is also known for its baobab trees and diverse landscapes. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with your afternoon game drive. Later in the day, you will proceed to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Full-Day Safari in Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park
Today, you will spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti National Park through game drives across different areas of the park. The region is known for its vast plains and year-round wildlife viewing opportunities. You may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species during your safari. You will enjoy a picnic lunch during the day before continuing your game drives. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Hot Air Balloon Safari & Game Drive in Serengeti

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to the balloon launch site for a hot air balloon safari over Serengeti National Park. The flight offers an aerial view of the park's landscapes and wildlife as the sun rises. After landing, you will enjoy a champagne breakfast in the bush before continuing with your game drive in the Serengeti. During the day, you may see a variety of wildlife, including wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, and other species found in the park. Depending on the time of year, you may also have the opportunity to observe the Great Migration, as large herds of wildebeests and zebras move through different areas of the Serengeti in search of grazing grounds. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6
Discover the Big Five in Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will depart from Serengeti National Park and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest intact volcanic caldera and supports a wide variety of wildlife within its crater floor. During your safari, you may see elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, hippos, hyenas, lions, and numerous bird species. With some luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhino, which is found within the conservation area. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is unique because Maasai communities continue to live within the area alongside wildlife while maintaining their traditional way of life. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and proceed to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will depart from Karatu and drive back to Arusha, a journey of approximately three hours. Along the way, you will pass through local towns, villages, and the landscapes of northern Tanzania. Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your safari. We thank you for choosing Tansafari Tours and wish you a safe journey home.
