Hotel Pickup: We offer complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off for travelers staying in Ubud, Gianyar, Bangli, Kintamani, Sidemen, Tampaksiring
Pickup Time: Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be scheduled between 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM. Our reservation team will contact you via WhatsApp or Email one day before your tour to confirm your driver's details and exact pickup time.
Meeting Point Option: If you have booked the "Meeting Point" option, please ignore the hotel pickup details and arrive directly at our basecamp in Kintamani by 4:00 AM.
Other Areas (Example Sanur, Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Candidasa, Amed, and Other): Our complimentary pickup service does not cover these areas due to the distance. If your hotel is located here, please contact us before booking to confirm if pickup is possible, or we recommend booking the "Meeting Point" option and arranging your own transport to our basecamp.
Upon arrival at the Toya Bungkah Parking area, please look for your assigned driver. Your driver will have already contacted you via WhatsApp prior to the tour to coordinate the exact meeting details and share their vehicle information.
