Pick-ups are automatically scheduled 30mins prior to your selected Flight time unless contacted by our reservations team. We kindly request guests to wait in the lobby for our driver who will be driving a Cape Town Helicopters Branded vehicle. Please note that the pick-up is a complimentary service within 3km of our facility. We reserve the right to cancel a pick-up due to operational requirements. Please ensure that your Pick-Up location is within our 3km collection radius.
Cape Town Helicopters is situated at the V&A Waterfront Helipad, just behind the Table Bay hotel.

- A minimum of 2 guests is required for any flight. Guest will be contacted in case of time changes.
- Helicopter tours may be shared with members of other parties; helicopters seat up to 6 people
- Seating allocated according to Weight & Balance approval prior to the flight
- No handbags or carry-on bags will be allowed on the flight. Lockers will be available free of charge.
- Personal cameras, video cameras and binoculars are allowed on-board.
- A valid form of identification is required upon check-in for all travellers e.g. Passport or National ID
- Adult pricing applies to all travellers 2 years old and above. ID verification for infant travellers will be checked.
