We offer complimentary round-trip transportation from most hotels and tourist areas in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, and nearby locations.

⛵ Beach Pickup by Catamaran (Available at Selected Hotels)

For guests staying at hotels located near our departure area, we offer the exclusive option of being picked up directly from the beach by our catamaran. Instead of traveling by land, you can board the catamaran right in front of your hotel and begin your Caribbean adventure from the shoreline.

Pickup Time

Your exact pickup time will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email one day before your excursion, based on your hotel's location.

Meeting Point

Guests should be ready in the main hotel lobby or at the designated meeting point provided by our team.

⏰ Important Information

We recommend being ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Our transportation service can only wait up to 5 courtesy minutes due to the excursion schedule.
If you miss your pickup because of a personal delay, a new transfer may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge.

After your reservation is confirmed, our team will contact you to verify:

Hotel name
Room number (if applicable)
Number of guests
Exact pickup time

To ensure a smooth and stress-free pickup, our driver will contact you via WhatsApp before your scheduled pickup. We will also send you:

A photo of the vehicle that will pick you up.
A photo of your driver.
Your driver's contact information (when applicable).

This allows you to easily identify your transportation and enjoy a safe, comfortable, and worry-free experience from the moment we pick you up until we return you to your hotel.
