What to expect

We meet in the heart of Gion and begin by reading the light together - deciding whether to chase the golden warmth of late afternoon or wait for the moody blue of dusk. From there, we walk the historic stone-paved lanes, stopping at Gion's most cinematic spots, including Yasaka Pagoda, the lantern-lit paths of Maruyama Park, and the grand approach to Kiyomizudera.

As we move, I guide you naturally - suggesting angles, movement, and moments rather than stiff poses. You don't need photography experience. Just show up, relax, and let the neighborhood do the work.

After the shoot, I select the best frames, edit them in a cinematic film style, and deliver all finished photos to you digitally within 48 hours.
