This private workshop takes travelers beyond a typical pottery class by focusing on Yixing teapot craft in Yixing, the home of this tradition. Guests work with prepared Yixing clay, learn how the body, spout, handle, and lid come together, and try a beginner-friendly, mold-assisted teapot-making process with artisan guidance. The experience also includes a relaxed tea tasting with Yixing teaware, later firing of the workshop piece, a personalized Chinese-style name stamp, a framed workshop photo, and a small local Yixing gift. It is designed for small private groups who want a slower, more personal cultural experience connected to Chinese tea and handmade craft.
