Pickup may be possible in central Lisbon, depending on traffic rules, street access and tuk tuk circulation restrictions. If your hotel or address is located in a restricted area, narrow street or pedestrian zone, we will arrange the closest safe and legal meeting point nearby.
Please be ready at the agreed meeting point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are running late, contact us by WhatsApp as soon as possible.
For cruise passengers, airport arrivals, large groups or special requests, please message us before the tour so we can confirm the best arrangement.
