If you want to get out and experience Bariloche’s beautiful outdoors but aren’t into climbing mountains all day long, this gentle trekking tour on Llao Llao Hill (Cerro Llao Llao) is the activity for you. With a local guide, hike for less than two hours through the Patagonian forest, and stop by a lookout point that offers gorgeous views of Nahuel Huapi Lake — a perfect photo opportunity! This hike is limited to 12 participants, ensuring you enjoy a small-group experience and a snack is included during your hike.

Meeting and pickup
The pick up transfer is only from selected centrally located hotels. If your hotel is outside the geographic area, we will confirm the closest meeting point. Indicate the name and address of your hotel.
What to expect
Your experience begins with pick-up from your hotel in downtown Bariloche. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll travel to the park, where your guide will explain the trail, the estimated duration, and what to expect during the hike before setting off through the native Patagonian forest.
The hike takes approximately 2.5 hours and follows a low-to-moderate difficulty trail through a beautiful forest of native coihue trees. Along the way, your guide will make stops as needed so you can rest, take photographs, and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
As you approach the summit, natural viewpoints offer spectacular panoramic views of the Tristeza, Blest, and North branches of Lake Nahuel Huapi, as well as the Andean-Patagonian forest extending toward the Andes Mountains.
After completing the trekking, you’ll return to the vehicle and be driven back to your hotel in downtown Bariloche, where the experience ends.
