Enjoy a 15-day package to get to know the best of Argentina and Brazil.
We start this trip by getting to know the great city of fury Buenos Aires. Here you will find beautiful streets with unique architecture and a diverse culture with its Tango and Milongas.
Then, you will fly to the southernmost city Ushuaia, to discover beautiful landscapes and the way to the end of the world, before reaching El Calafate, to know one of the most famous glaciers Perito Moreno.
At the end of this trip through Patagonia, it will be time for you to go north and discover one of the wonders of the world, the Iguazu Falls. There, you will have a dose of nature that will fill you with good energy.
To end your trip, you will fly to the city of Rio de Janeiro to admire Christ the Redeemer, the Sugarloaf mountain and enjoy its beaches before going back home.

    Walking Tour and Tango Show

    The Walking Tour starts in our office in San Telmo. We will take Defensa street which is the heart of San Telmo neighborhood. This is one of the most oldest neighborhoods in town and it has a vibrant scene of Tango and arts. The antique markets, street lights (also known as “lanterns”), cobblestones, old buildings & original decorations are part of this unique bohemian atmosphere. Sundays are the busiest days because the street market comes to life around Plaza Dorrego.

    Then, we will stop by Parque Lezama and finally arrive to La Boca neighborhood, known for the Boca Juniors Stadium and the colorful Caminito street. You will also enjoy the tango dancers and street singers and we will learn how tango, soccer and different immigration influences have made Buenos Aires one of the most irresistible cities in the world.

    You will take a bus and you will enjoy the modern area of Puerto Madero as well as the Puente de la Mujer, very famous for the shape which represents a couple dancing Tango.

    You will walk until Plaza de Mayo, main square of Buenos Aires and political heart of Argentina. You will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral and you will see the Cabildo, the colonial City Hall, and the Casa Rosada (Pink house), the seat of the executive branch.

    La Recoleta Cemetery

    Historical buildings, monuments and streets will show all the changes that the city has experienced since Buenos Aires was founded. You will go from the famous corner of the 9 de Julio and Corrientes, to the elegant neighborhood of Recoleta, known for its amazing Cemetery. Here, you will see a pretty architecture , a lot of museums & chic coffee shops. Tour ends at the Recoleta Cemetery.

    La Ventana Barrio De Tango

    In the evening, between 8pm and 8.30pm we will pick you up at your hotels to enjoy a beautiful dinner accompanied by an unforgettable Tango show. The event will take place in La Ventana, one of the most popular tanguerias in San Telmo neighborhood. You will be welcomed with a three-step gourmet dinner with a wide selection of typical dishes and regional wines. Afterwards, you will be able to witness an incredible show, which reviews the History of Tango with different dancing couples and singers. At the end, around midnight, you will be returned to your hotel.

    Sailing to Tigre

    From there, you will sail across the Rio de la Plata and the Delta, to enjoy the best views of the city.

    Puerto de Frutos

    Once in Tigre, you will go on a touristic bus ride, to see the main attractions. We will do the first stop in Puerto de Frutos, the old port for commerce, which is now a touristic port, visited every weekend by locals and tourists too. Here you will have free time to visit the fair, take pictures and buy souvenirs and crafts.

    You will have free time to have lunch. Once we get into the bus, we will make the second stop in Paseo Victorica, an exceptional place that combines nature, river views, gastronomy, historic museums, etc. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the museums.     Tierra del Fuego National Park with The End of the World Train

    Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego

    Pick up at the hotel and transfer to Tierra del Fuego National Park, located 11 km from the city. There, you will have the opportunity to board the magical End of the World Train for one hour, enjoying impressive landscapes and a rich history in the southernmost region of the world. Upon reaching the National Park Station, you will be able to explore remnants of an ancient indigenous village and walk along trails with beaver-built dams. The experience allows for a connection with the nature and history of Tierra del Fuego.

    Departure from the hotel towards the tourist port to board our boat. From there, the tour goes to the center of the Beagle Channel, towards the southwest, arriving at the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, in the archipelago of the same name.

    In one of these islands it is possible to observe parts of the ship Monte Cervantes, which was shipwrecked in 1930. Heading towards Los Lobos Island, we can see these curious and friendly marine mammals and in complete silence sail around the island for about 20 minutes observing their permanent habitat, a wonderful scenario.

    Pick up from the hotels at 9 am, to travel along the picturesque Route 11, which borders the main body of Lago Argentino on the way to Los Glaciares National Park.

    Once we arrive at the park, we will go to the Curva de los Suspiros, where we will descend from the vehicle to observe the Perito Moreno Glacier for the first time. Later we will make another stop at the Bajo las Sombras Pier to navigate to the southern wall of the Glacier.

    We will then continue to the front walkways of the glacier, where we will observe it from several balconies located at different heights, allowing us to appreciate it from different angles, each one more surprising than the last. In the afternoon we will return to El Calafate.

    Arrival to Iguazu and Brazilian Falls

    Your transportation will take you to the airport to take your flight to Puerto Iguazú. There you will be met and transferred to the hotel to check in. Then, in the afternoon, you will start the excursion to visit the Falls on the Brazilian side.

    The Iguassu National Park (Brazilian side) has an extension of 185,000 hectares. The route of the footbridges is 1,200 meters of path on the Iguazú River ravine. You will be able to obtain a panoramic view of the Argentinean waterfalls, which is an ideal place to take pictures.

    Once you cross the park access, you will continue to the “Central Station” to reach the “Waterfalls Circuits” (Superior and Inferior Tour) through the “Walking Trail” or “Green Trail”, with 600 meters long. Superior Tour: A 800 meter route of walkways, which are raised above the ground surface to avoid the fauna natural walk. In this circuit you will observe the waterfall from the superior part of Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Méndez, M´Bigua and others falls. Inferior Tour: 1.600 meters walkways over the ground surface having from our shoes, the falls view of Dos Hermanas, Alvar Núñez, San Martín, Bosetti, el Peñón de la Bella Vista. From there we will have a panoramic view of Garganta del Diablo and Inferior Iguazú River Canyon, an unique experience of being part of that natural environment.

    Garganta del Diablo: Parting of Waterfalls Station, the train will go to Garganta Station in 18 minutes.     The tour start with the passengers pick up in their hotels to go visit the Corcovado Hill and Christ the Redeemer statue, located at 710 meters high. It is one of the most visited places in the city, and also is an eco-tour, as the Corcovado hill is located inside the National Park of Tijuca Forest, the largest urban forest in the world. From the summit of the hill we can see the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the north of the city and several beach.

    After lunch in a traditional BBQ restaurant will visit the Sugar Loaf Mountain, located at 395 meters above sea level, in the middle of the Guanabara Bay. The climb is done by a glass cable-car up to the mountain summit, from where we will enjoy a wonderful 360° view of the Guanabara Bay, Copacabana, Urca, Botafogo, Flamengo and its surroundings.

    We will board the ship, to departure at 09.30 AM, giving us the possibility to get to know the city of Rio de Janeiro from a completely different perspective: from the sea to land. On 01st January of 1502, a group of Portuguese explorers led by Gaspar de Lemos discovered the Guanabara Bay. Since it was January and the bay seemed to be the mouth of a great river, explorers called the area Rio de Janeiro (River of January). Based on the volume of water, Guanabara Bay is the largest in the world, and includes several islands, such as Governor's Island and the Snake Island.
