Meeting and pickup
For pickups at Porto Airport (OPO), we monitor the flight in real-time and automatically adjust the pickup time in case of delays or early arrivals, at no additional cost.
The driver will be waiting for the clients outside the Arrivals area, next to Starbucks (official meeting point), with a sign identifying the passenger's name.
If the customer is unable to locate the driver, they can contact us using the phone number provided in the reservation confirmation.
For pickups at hotels, local accommodations, or other addresses, the driver will wait at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
Waiting time included:
Airport: up to 60 minutes after landing.
Hotels and other addresses: up to 15 minutes.
What to expect
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time, so if your flight arrives early or is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted at no additional cost.
Upon arrival at Porto Airport (OPO), your professional driver will be waiting just outside the Arrivals exit, next to Starbucks, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
After a warm welcome, your luggage will be assisted and you will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned Tesla Model 3 with complimentary bottled water, phone chargers and free Wi-Fi.
This is a private transfer, meaning the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group, with no shared rides or additional stops.
You will be taken directly to your hotel, accommodation or any address in Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia or Gondomar in comfort and safety.
