Hotel pickup is available from selected areas in Bali. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp one day before the activity to confirm the exact pickup time and vehicle details. If your accommodation is not listed, you can select "My hotel is not listed" and enter the hotel name and address. Travelers staying outside our free pickup areas may be asked to meet at the nearest designated pickup point or pay an additional transport fee.
