08:00 AM - Hotel Pick-up: Head north along NH12 before veering onto a secluded valley road. Xa Phang Tribal Encounter: Visit a remote hamlet to observe the intricate hand-stitching of traditional shoes. Enjoy a simple, home-cooked lunch inside a unique wooden house.

02:00 PM – Head toward Tua Chua to continue your highland expedition. We will then progress to a stretch of natural rocky plateau, offering one of the best vantage points to enjoy the area surrounded by cultivated corn fields. Here and there, you will see some small houses of the Mong ethnic minority people who have lived and cultivated among the rocky plateau for many generations. You can leisurely walk down the road, combining deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Feel free to take photographs along the way.

04:30 PM - Tua Chua Ascent: Arrive at Ta Phin Commune in the late afternoon, optional homestay accommodation is available. Check in to your accommodation and have dinner. Overnight at a local homestay. Overnight in a local Hmong homestay.

Awakened earlier by the relentless crowing of roosters, the day starts on mountainous area. You can walk down the road combine deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Breakfast at the homestay, then we will continue our trip to exlore the mountainous local areas. Morning Market: If your dates align, you can visit the vibrant Ta Sin Thang Rotating Market where local people sell handmade clothes and make indigo-dyed jackets in colorful ethnic costumes on old sewing machines (held on the Day of the Horse/Rat based on the lunar animal calendar). Continuing on, we will make a stop at the entrance of a village to visit the area where villagers cultivate Shan Tuyet Tea. Walk among century-old, moss-covered tea trees in the high-altitude mist of Sin Chai.

We will continue our trip to the south, arriving early so your tour guide can escort you for a choice of your afternoon vibe: Option 1 (Adventure - Optional at own expense): Enjoy free time to explore the Da River canyon at your own pace. If you wish to join water activities such as a boat cruise through the towering limestone cliffs, kayaking, or SUP, please note that these are strictly optional and all rental fees are not included in the tour price (payable directly by guests on-site). Option 2 (Culture): Visit a riverside Dao ethnic village to see traditional wooden looms and hear moving stories from village elders. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a homestay by the romantic lakeside.

Descend from the rugged karst plateau via a scenic alternative route. Along the way, explore a hidden, untouched natural cave to marvel at its spectacular stalactite formations. At the exit of Tua Chua, you will cross the hilly region populated by the Hmong and Black Thai ethnic groups. Stop for a chance to take photos and meet the local people on the way. Have a stop for lunch and restrooms. Continue your drive, arriving at Muong Phang in the early afternoon.

Jungle Exploration We will take a leisurely walk around the historic Viet Minh’s Campaign Headquarters, where General Giap and his chief commanders lived and strategised in 1954. You will also have the chance to go through the 69-meter tunnel and experience a section of the jungle path towards the Observation Post, located on the mountain summit 1,700m above sea level, offering a panoramic view of the strategic terrain.
