For pick up at Hong Kong International Airport, free waiting time is 60 minutes from the flight landing time or 30 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
The driver will meet you at the arrival hall with a sign stating your name.
For pick up at hotel, free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
The car type is Toyota Alphard 7-seater.
Maximum luggage allowance:
- 4 Standard (24 inch) suitcases OR
- 3 Large (26 inch) suitcases OR
- 2 Extra Large (28 inch) suitcases
What to expect
We will provide driver's contact and car details to you in 4-6 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
We will provide a QR code for you to fill in the customs information (to replace the arrival card) in advance.
The driver will contact you when he arrived the pick up location on the service date.
