What's Included
Meeting and pickup
MEET ONLY AT THE PICKUP LOCATION FOR YOUR BOOKED TRANSFER OPTION. The airport meeting points below apply only to pickups from that airport, not to hotel departures.
HOTEL/ADDRESS TO AIRPORT: We collect you from the hotel or address in your booking. Do not go to an airport meeting point. Provide your exact pickup address, departure flight number, date and scheduled departure time. We confirm your actual pickup time the day before, allowing for your flight and traffic.
IST AIRPORT PICKUP: After collecting luggage, turn right and leave through Exit Gate 13. Outside, on the left, find the yellow GUIDE 01 sign. Give the meeting staff your name and surname. They contact our team and escort you to floor -2 for your vehicle.
SAW AIRPORT PICKUP: After collecting baggage, exit and walk to Column 6. Enter the TURSAB - MEETING POINT building opposite and give your name and surname, stating GUIDE 01. The staff contact our team and assist you to the vehicle.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Provide your arrival flight number, landing date and time. The meeting process usually takes 10-15 minutes. If you cannot find the meeting point, connect to airport Wi-Fi and contact us via WhatsApp. For IST-SAW transfers, provide both flights and the direction; use only the meeting point at your pickup airport.
SERVICE AREA: Hotel/address service is limited to the mainland urban areas shown by the nine approximate map circles: central European Istanbul (Fatih, Beyoglu, Sisli, Besiktas, Kagithane, central Eyupsultan and Maslak); Uskudar, Kadikoy, Umraniye and Atasehir; Zeytinburnu, Bakirkoy, Bahcelievler, Bagcilar, Kucukcekmece and Basaksehir; Avcilar, Esenyurt, Beylikduzu, Bahcesehir and central Buyukcekmece; central Arnavutkoy; Maltepe, Kartal, Karlitepe and Sultanbeyli; Pendik/Kaynarca; Gokturk Merkez; and Zekeriyakoy. Gokturk and Zekeriyakoy use the standard European Side transfer price for the selected airport and direction. IST and SAW airport transfers use the airport meeting points described above. The circles are approximate and are not fare zones or administrative boundaries. Sea overlap does not include the Princes Islands (Adalar) or ferry-only addresses. Silivri, Catalca, Sile, Agva, Kilyos, Beykoz, Cekmekoy, Tuzla, Gebze, Darica and addresses outside the listed urban service areas are not included in the standard hotel/address transfer, even if a circle overlaps them. Select the correct airport, European or Asian side, and transfer direction. If your address is outside or near the edge of the stated service area, contact us to confirm availability and price BEFORE booking. Being inside a circle does not make every route the same price.
Drop-off is at the airport, hotel or address for your booked route, not a return to the pickup point. Provide a reachable phone number with country code. For the 8-hour Istanbul tour, the selected time is your requested start time; pickup and final drop-off are agreed with you.
What to expect
Airport to hotel/address: provide your arrival flight number and scheduled landing date and time. If a booking time is required, select the closest available time to your scheduled landing time. This is a flight reference, not a confirmed vehicle pickup time. Pickup is coordinated with your flight.
Hotel/address to airport: provide your departure flight number, flight date and scheduled departure time, plus your pickup address. If a booking time is required, select the closest available time to your flight departure time. This is a flight reference, not your hotel pickup time. We contact you the day before to confirm the actual pickup time based on your flight and traffic conditions.
Transfers between IST and SAW: provide both flight numbers, dates and times, and the transfer direction. Select the closest available time to your arriving flight. We coordinate pickup around both flights and confirm arrangements the day before.
For all airport transfers, provide a reachable phone number with country code. We contact you the day before the service to confirm arrangements. Please confirm any missing or changed flight details with us.
8-hour private Istanbul tour: the selected time is your requested tour start time. Provide your pickup address. Any change to the start time will be agreed with you.
AIRPORT MEETING INSTRUCTIONS
The traveler will not meet the driver directly inside the airport, as name boards are not allowed inside Istanbul airports.
After booking, we will confirm whether the pickup airport is Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), and we will send the correct meeting point instructions to the traveler.
At Istanbul Airport (IST), after collecting luggage, the traveler should turn right, go to Exit Gate 13 and go outside. On the left side after the exit, the traveler should look for the yellow “GUIDE 01” sign. The traveler must give their name and surname to the staff there. The staff will check the traveler’s name on the list and contact our team. The traveler will then be escorted to the -2 floor, where tourism vehicles are allowed to pick up passengers.
At Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), after collecting baggage, the traveler should exit the airport and walk towards Column Number 6. Opposite this area, the traveler will see the “TURSAB - MEETING POINT” building. The traveler should enter the building and tell the staff their name and surname, and say they came for “GUIDE 01”. The staff will inform our team, and our colleague will assist the traveler to the vehicle.
The pickup process usually takes around 10–15 minutes. If the traveler cannot find the meeting point, they should connect to airport Wi-Fi and contact us via WhatsApp.
