Pickup is available from Karuizawa Station, Ueda Station, or any hotel/ryokan/private villa within a 10 km radius of either station. Instructions for travelers: Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking. On the tour day, please wait at your hotel's main lobby or front entrance 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your private driver and guide will greet you in a Volkswagen EV with a company sign/welcome board.
