To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide your flight number, cruise ship details (if applicable), pickup location, and a valid phone number or WhatsApp contact when booking. We track incoming flights to monitor delays and adjust your airport pickup time whenever possible, so you can travel with peace of mind.
For passengers that booked a roundtrip transfer, we will schedule and confirm your return pickup based on your departure time, ensuring you arrive at the airport or cruise port with plenty of time before your flight or ship departs.
Need to make a quick stop? We're happy to accommodate requests to stop at a supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store, or ATM along the way (time permitting). If you're interested in sightseeing or adding a tour to your transportation, just let us know before your travel date, and we'll be happy to customize your experience.

After clearing customs at the MBJ Airport , walk outside to the ground transportation arrival area. Your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your lead travelers name or the group name on it.

On the day of your transfer, your professional driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location, such as the airport, cruise port, hotel, villa, or Airbnb. Airport and cruise port pickups include a personalized name sign for easy identification.
4. Enjoy a Comfortable Ride
Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle while your local driver safely transports you to your destination. Feel free to ask questions about Jamaica or request recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and local experiences along the way.
5. Arrival at Your Destination
Your driver will drop you off directly at your hotel, resort, villa, Airbnb, cruise port, airport, or other requested location, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free end to your journey.
6. Need a Return Transfer?
If you have booked a round-trip service, we'll confirm your return pickup time in advance to ensure you're picked up on schedule for your departure.
