Ride through the breathtaking Verdon Gorges before reaching the famous lavender fields of the Valensole Plateau at the height of the blooming season. This demanding 400 km (250-mile) ride rewards experienced motorcyclists with unforgettable scenery, legendary roads, and countless photo opportunities.

Leave Nice early in the morning for an unforgettable motorcycle adventure through the Southern Alps and the Verdon Regional Natural Park. Ride some of France's most scenic mountain roads before reaching the spectacular Verdon Gorges, often described as Europe's Grand Canyon.

Continue across the Valensole Plateau, where endless lavender fields bloom from mid-June until early July, creating one of Provence's most iconic landscapes. Enjoy frequent photo stops before returning to Nice via beautiful mountain and countryside roads.

Pickup details:

If you rent a motorcycle in Nice, you must rent it the day before because we need to meet at 08:00 am, and no rental company will have finished the paperwork by then. If you rent from an App-based motorcycle rental company with no human involvement you must ask them to send you the code of the keybox at 07:00 am to be on time for the ride. Once you have the motorcycle, or come with your own, we meet you at the most convenient place for you: hotel, petrol station, or the parking lot of our favorite bakery for a croissant before the ride.
