  Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine

  This is headquarters for all of the Japanese inari shrine. There are a many red Torii gates and consists of a very narrow passage up the mountain. Entrance & parking fee is free.

  Ryoan-ji Temple

  It's a Zen garden. Queen Elisabeth ll was really keen to see this garden where she payed a visit here in 1975. It's very close to Golden Pavilion. Entrance fee at Ryoanji Temple (pay on-site) amount JPY 600 per person. Parking cost is free.

  Kiyomizu-dera Temple

  This is the most iconic place in Kyoto city and is a tremendous sightseeing environment, although it is always crowded. Entrance fee at Kiyomizudera Temple (pay on-site) amount JPY500 per person. Parking fees are approximately 1,500 yen and are not included in the tour price.

  Renowned as "Kyoto's Kitchen," this arcade is lined with numerous shops selling groceries and general goods, as well as various restaurants. While it once served as a market where locals purchased premium ingredients for special occasions and high-end restaurants sourced their supplies, it has since transformed into a tourist destination; the atmosphere of the past has largely faded, and it now bustles with international visitors enjoying lunch and dinner.   Sanneizaka

  From Kiyomizu-dera Temple, through Sannenzaka, Yasaka Pagoda, Ninenzaka, Nene-no-michi, and Ishibei-koji, the charming walking path continues to Yasaka Shrine and Gion, passing through traditional Japanese houses, souvenir shops, and places to enjoy street food.

  Boasting the tallest five-story pagoda in Kyoto, the temple features magnificent collections of Buddhist statues enshrined within its Lecture Hall and Golden Hall. It is also beautifully illuminated at night depending on the season; the sight of cherry blossoms or vibrant autumn foliage—along with the pagoda itself—reflecting in the garden pond creates an even more stunning spectacle.
