Hosted by Paul, an English WSET Level 3 wine educator who discovered French wine after moving to France, this experience is designed for curious travellers who want to better understand French wine while enjoying it.
Over two hours in the heart of Bayeux, you'll taste six carefully selected wines from classic French appellations, each paired with one of six carefully selected French cheeses. Every wine has been carefully selected to help you understand a different aspect of French wine, from grape varieties and wine styles to the regions and traditions behind every bottle.
As you journey through France's wine regions, you'll learn how to taste wine with confidence, recognise different styles and better understand what makes each region unique. Along the way, you'll discover the stories behind the wines, the people who produce them and the traditions that have shaped French winemaking for generations.
Whether you're completely new to wine or already enjoy exploring it, this experience offers a welcoming introduction to French wine in a small group of no more than 12 guests.
